Optimum protection
against dust and dirt
The benefits
As the uppermost layer of the coating package, a dirt-repelling coating optimally seals your lenses.

The better the anti-reflective coating of a lens, the more important a dirt-repelling coating becomes: even slight soiling can impair the reflection-reducing effect, making your glasses look "dirty".

The water- and dirt-repellent effect simplifies lens care. It makes it harder for stubborn dirt particles, grease and water to adhere to the surface and makes it easier to remove them during the cleaning process.

Product info
Thea dirt-repelling coating is always the last layer to be applied on the lens.
It optimally smoothes the surface of the lens and hence gives its hydrophobic - in other words water-repellent - properties.

Carl Zeiss Vision solutions
We offer you the benefit of a dirt-repelling coating as a standard extra on a variety of lenses featuring multilayer anti-reflective coatings.
