Where should you keep your glasses?
A sturdy spectacle case is the best place to keep your glasses when you do not need them. And if a case is not readily available, put your glasses in a safe place - but never with the lenses facing downwards!

Softly does it
The best way to clean your lenses is to hold them under running, cold water using pH-neutral cleaning agents. Dirt particles are simply washed off and cannot therefore cause any damage to the surface when the lenses are dried with a clean, soft cloth.

The right cloth makes all the difference
We recommend a microfibre cloth and a special cleaning agent for plastic lenses. This allows the effortless removal of grease and dirt without leaving any streak marks on the lens. Other textiles such as clothing, ties or handkerchiefs may cause scratches on your lenses.

How to look after your microfibre cloth
Most microfibre cloths can be washed in temperatures up to 40° C. However, no fabric softeners should be used. Microfibre cloths treated with fabric softeners cause streak marks on the lens during cleaning.

High temperatures can damage your lenses
Important: Please do not expose your lenses to temperatures of over 80 degrees centigrade. Temperatures of this magnitude are often experienced in the sauna or on the dashboards of cars in the sun.

Cleaning glasses - the right way!
Hold the frame or lens of one half of your glasses between your thumb and index finger. Then clean the lens on the side you are holding with the cleaning cloth.
